On November 7, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), Cred Inc. and four affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 20-12836 and are pending before the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
